Return and Refund
At Time District, your satisfaction and trust are paramount. We’ve taken measures to ensure a secure end-to-end experience for your peace of mind.
If the purchased item is successfully authenticated and conforms to the description:
Authentic purchases made and delivered by Time District are non-refundable, and sales through Time District are final. We do not accept returns due to a change of heart.
However, to support our valued members, Time District offers favourable conditions for re-listing your product within fourteen (14) days after receiving the item at a preferred rate. Claims must be addressed to Time District within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving the Product.
If the purchased item is found to be non-compliant or unsatisfactory:
In the event an item does not conform during our authentication process, Time District may cancel the sale on the buyer's behalf.
You may also request a cancellation upon receiving the Authentication report via the Time District mobile app.
The final decision regarding the acceptance of a return or a refund is at Time District’s discretion. We may accept returns and provide a full or partial refund when, in our reasonable assessment, the product’s condition was misrepresented on the Time District app or if you received an incorrect product and raised the issue with Time District within three calendar days of delivery.
